Basic
It is exactly what it says - a basic guide - so the very bare bones of varying product and technique.
I bought this with his other book "Wild Fermentation" which goes into much more depth and explanation of various techniques - so if you're wanting to explore fermentation, I suggest "Wild Fermentation" would be the better buy.
