Minor issues but best pod money can buy.
2 of 2 found this helpful Overall this is a great rod pod. Very compact when packed away with just enough room to keep alarms on buzz bars in the bag supplied. Everything is of good quality and a well thought out design. The pod strap is a simple but great idea which will help alot when fishing locked up to snags. I will probably use this for all my fishing as the pod is so lightweight it gives you a bit of security having it pegged down. There are very minor faults and I have probably just been unfortunate to recieve 2 with problems. Avid have been very helpful and are sending me a replacement part. For the money this is the best compact pod on the market,better than pods that cost twice or three times the amount.

Wasn't expecting much for the price but very pleasantly surprised. Paid under Β£6 for 3 of these and they are excellent,well made and grip my old shimano abbreviated rods very well. In my opinion you wont find better for this price and would go as far as to say that they put some of the bigger brand names to shame. Highly recommended.
