  **Huge Disappointment** I bought an Xbox game for my kids and was extremely disappointed. The product description didn't mention that a stand and physical figures were required to play, leaving my child very upset. When I contacted the seller to explain and requested a partial refund, since returning the game cost more than its purchase price, I received a cold and unhelpful response. I'm shocked by the lack of customer service and strongly advise against buying from this seller.
