Stay with a genuine roller
If your dyson seems to “stick” or is becoming harder to push then you probably have two things going on. Your sole plate has become worn along with your roller. Replace both and stick with a genuine roller. Generic rollers have been light weighted and the bristles are of much lower quality. You’ll spend more money changing out generics than you would have by staying with genuine.
