A comfort to those who are in distress
This product was not for myself. But rather for a friend of mine, who had borrowed this very book to a friend of hers, and then promptly lost it while moving. She is thrilled to have it back again through the miracle of Ebay. the content can only be described as a comfort to all who are in distress.

I don't crave cola and candy bars anymore.
Are pleasant to chew up & don't taste so bitter that you won't reach for them the next morning! They are more sweet than sour. I haven't seen any actual weight loss, but as far as cravings go; I don't care about actual candy bars from the store anymore. I just entirely quit thinking about them. And the same with Coca Cola soda Pop. I don't keep any in the house anymore, and the only time I drink it, is when it's included with a combo meal of some sort. Even Crystal Light Iced Tea seems too sweet anymore.
