Definitely recommend this for full-size concealment
1 of 1 found this helpful I've been struggling to find a good way to conceal my full-size M&P 40 during the warmer months, but no luck. I'm 5'8" and 150lbs, so I'm pretty slim, not a lot of space to hide a full-size handgun. Every holster I've tried has either been very obvious, or very uncomfortable. Meanwhile, my 300lb best friend has no problem IWB concealing even obscenely large guns, just because his waist is so much bigger around than mine. I was pretty much ready to give up on concealing my favorite, most practiced with gun, and relegate it to only cold weather concealment or open carry (which I prefer, but it isn't always practical and/or allowed), and purchase something smaller for concealing during the warmer months. Happened to come across this clip for a different gun, and while skeptical, I decided to see if they made one for my full-size M&P and give it a shot. Took a little trial and error, but I found a position where it was both comfortable and invisible with a normal T-shirt, which I'd never been able to do with a holster. So, obviously, I love this thing. I do have a few things to note, though. First of all, the top inch or so of the clip are tightly flush against the gun, meaning that part of the gun sits higher above the waistband than I'd like, since I can't slide it further down. I "fixed" that with a vise and pliers so my gun can go all the way down. Second, the packaging states not to carry with a round in the chamber, saying it can cause an accidental discharge. I'm not going to argue for or against that practice because everyone has a different opinion on it. However, I've been carrying mine cocked (on an empty chamber) for several days now, and it has yet to fire. I'll give it a couple months before I give it a final verdict. However, I'm pretty sure the ADs are probably from people accidentally pulling the trigger by drawing improperly, not as a direct result of the clip itself. And finally, they only offer the clip in a right side version. Great for right-handed people carrying on their hip or in the front, not so much for the southpaws though. Plus, a left side clip would offer a couple more carry position options even for righties. But despite these things, it's still a great product.

Wouldn't recommend
1 of 1 found this helpful At first, these were absolutely fantastic. Insanely bright, and they look great behind clear lenses where the bulb is visible. Unfortunately, I've already had 4 stop working in a matter of days. Considering LEDs are supposed to outlast standard bulbs hundreds of times longer, that is unacceptable. Super bright turn signals don't help if they don't work.

Suck it, T-Mobile!
2 of 2 found this helpful I work a job that mostly requires me to sit around and do a whole lot of nothing. I have my DVR at home set up to record TV shows straight to a hard drive in my media center, which is a computer with 5 terabytes of storage that also includes all of my CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays ripped to it as well. I used to download stuff from that setup to my tablet at work. Problem is, there's no wifi there, and T-Mobile doesn’t offer an unlimited data plan for tablets. However, I have their Truly Unlimited plan on my phone. I used to use my phone as a hotspot to download my stuff to my tablet. But, recently T-Mobile decided to crack down on that and tell me I couldn't use my UNLIMITED data the way I wanted. So, I needed a new solution. I used to have an OTG cable way back when it was first implemented, but I tossed it out because at that time OTG was still buggy and ill-implemented. However, recently I'd been seeing and hearing more and more about how great it is, especially on Android Lollipop. So, I decided to give it another shot. Now I download my stuff through my phone, put it on the drive, and I can then plug into my tablet to enjoy it. I couldn't be happier, and it saves battery too, since I don't need wifi on my tablet and the hotspot on my phone.
