System UI Isn't Responding. I've tried everything. Please Help!

I am having a hard time with the Pixel. It is rebooting frequently. It isn't sending or receiving phone calls. The System UI won't respond. Apps don't stay open very long until it says it isn't responding. Itakes a while to receive texts. I have tried rectiying the problem by updating the software. I read it could be the Device Health Services App and to disable it and I did. I am still having the same problems. Can I get an RAM for this occurrence?
