It’s alive!
Perfect replacement. Dryer had started to literally burn clothes before the heater finally decided to let go. Sensor timings had stopped working. Replaced with this element and the dryer is better than it has been for years. No more close to burned clothes, as the sensors are now controlling the heat.

Expect to only use half.
As other reviewers have mentioned on these items, the brass ends are of very poor quality, first rod out and the end fell off, second rod seemed ok and when joined to the third out the pack seemed ok. After joining a total of 3 rods and going into the cavity, one of the brass ends snapped and I lost 2 rods. No good if you need to bend the rod.
