SHOWER TO SHOWER Absorbent Body Powder, Morning Fresh 1 oz (Pack of 2)

SHOWER TO SHOWER Absorbent Body Powder, Morning Fresh 1 oz (Pack of 2)

Shower to Shower is Generations Old, the "classy stuff" odoreater for Average Folks, Business Class, etc.

Shower to Shower- a predictable "working class" product for odereating and keeping the "unmentionables" smelling fresh under heat, lengthy meetings, and plain old sweat with B.O. 'Nuff said? … If I want to try to be either sn...obbish or stupid with my funds, I can buy the designer fragrances body talc or "fresh powder and deodorant sets" from the big department stores, etc.... However, this is my "classy stuff" if I need extra protection in the britches when going out on the town or to meetings, and this is only a "now and then" thing for me since I'm not a heavy sweater and wash my clothing weekly. Actually, I've found that standard old supermarket "Baby powder" is much more absorbent for just absorbing sweat and odor, but Shower to Shower has that extra special kick of being quite fragrant and a pretty decent smell at that - just to back up my colognes, deodorant and the soaps or shower gels used in clean-up time before heading out to work and doing the town right. I've never had the need, but I suppose if I knew I'd be away from the shower for a couple of days, or otherwise really hot and muggy outside, then I might mix Shower to Shower application along with Baby powder to maximize the sweat absorbency along with the really stylish fragrances which StoS offers. Good stuff (I only need to buy it once a year personally... IF only I'd sweat much more in the workplace, then I could make them more money beyond this review)Read full review

12" BLACK METAL SUBWOOFER RAISED GRILL FOR THE HARD HITTING WOOFER(FAST SHIP)

12" BLACK METAL SUBWOOFER RAISED GRILL FOR THE HARD HITTING WOOFER(FAST SHIP)

Yes, it's true Bombshell bass boom bang-up blocker!

This old man started into car audio boom 12" subs way, way back when most readers weren't in diapers yet (1987). Owned a lot since then, and back then the standard 12" steel waffle grills were HEAVY duty- weighed twice as mu...ch as today's waffles, and the steel about twice as thick, the primer and final paint coat also lasted much longer under heavy attacks for scratches and bangups. You couldn't bend those grills easily with your bare hands and they resisted power drills being shoved against them. Today's waffle grills are so flexible and thin that I can almost tear the thing, they can easily fold up and will only resist a couple of moderate hits before they need replacement or end up damaging against the woofers. Then, have bought the new bar-grill cover over the super-duty and hughe raised surrounds such as on my Sundown SA12"'s. They look cool, but again the screws on those are often stripped or weak, the bars can be bent if hit hard or very frequently, and worst- not much of your expensive woofers are covered in the surface area, so many people are investing the $40 to buy twin sets of raised bars to cover one 12" woofer (criss-cross pattern, for shame on wasted money) I pulled off my raised bar grill and may try those on another woofer (American Bass) IF I also buy a second bar grill and double cover the poor boomer! In comes this for my Sundown and Voila! The steel seems 50% thicker than the newer waffles and safely, fully covers my Sundown12 including the surround, and the honeycomb pattern is much more resistant to bends or dents as well. I'm not big on the outer plastic binding ring, but I do like this one's style much more than the other options. My SA12's have an almost 1" raised surround, so to be safe for the woofer, I made 2 MDF cutouts of 1/4" thick and 1/4 semi-circle rings and mounted those MDF spacers to the woofer's rubber outer ring (mounting holes); then I mounted this grill on top of those MDF semi-circles.... This guarantees that the woofer dustcap and the outer surround will NEVER hit the grill even under the craziest of excursions- running an efficient 100 WRMS amp on the SA12. Folks, we're in business & for a full 1/3 cheaper than you can buy a single raised bar grill guard! (safer coverage, more full coverage, pretty cool look, and with need of slight modification on $220 woofer assembly). Not a bad deal, not a bad deal here- at all! PS: If you're using high excursion/more expensive woofers, the recent lighter waffle grills will NOT fit your high excursion/high annulus subwoofers; you MUST get one of these guards or look into the raised bar grills, etc.- Protection is lifetime use without regrets. Tripp Lite TR-6FM Surge Protector 6 outlet 6ft Cord Power Strip 1200 Joules

Tripp Lite TR-6FM Surge Protector 6 outlet 6ft Cord Power Strip 1200 Joules

Great Electronics Need Very Good Electrical Protection

In the past decade I've become a fan/repeat customer of Tripp Lite AC filters and surge protectors. Not only do they typically use quality components and durable construction on their home-grade units, I take note that they a...re a common producer for Industrial/Hospital grade AC protectors (another model I have here is a solid metal body, HG surge protector and heavy amperage). I'll admit, I think I may be pushing the 15Amp load this thing carries- My entire old school component stereo system is on this, with a massive Processor/amp signaling to 2 high power ADCOM remote amplifiers- PLUS all the drivers, players, and twin 12-band EQ's- This is like a studio-grade set-up with 2 additional subwoofer amplifiers (200Watt and 300Watt) also driving all off of this one Tripp Lite- To be honest, the plastic housing of this unit gets a bit warm when I'm driving the system moderately hard, and thus at near-studio grade (about 1200 watts RMS in total, not including peak input power), I owe it to my own electrical grid and this TL-SS to move at least the larger of the sub amps onto a separate remote outlet on the other wall and give the fuse/TL-SS a decent break.... It's really pushing the Tripp Lite beyond what it was intended for and in fairness, I probably should go to a Hospital Grade unit on that sound system as well. However, other than a bit of warmness when I'm really driving that entire outlet system, I've had no fluctuations in power or "clipping" or bad behavior from the Tripp Lite. Very pleased and would buy them again (hint on the stereo, IF you want to set up a fairly large home theater system, this is agood "bad boy" to do it with - sufficient for beyond the average/common HT system out there)--- Again, if you're using multiple 1000Watt+ sub amplifiers driving 2 supreme power 15"+ sub woofers, then maybe consider looking up to one of their hospital grade/metal body surge suppressors; but even here in my ridiculous component powered stereo system, and computer coming out of same wall jack, this Tripp Lite is definitely rockin' and I'd thankfully buy it again- trusting right through some of our infamous Texas Spring thunderstorms to protect "The Gear". Hot stuff, solid performance, ready to go! (Thanks T.L. once again)Read full review

TAC FORCE 13" Extra Large Spring Assisted Open STILETTO WOOD Pocket Knife -s

TAC FORCE 13" Extra Large Spring Assisted Open STILETTO WOOD Pocket Knife -s

Does the Trick, Neat-Knife - Excellent Novelty (beware the applicable laws for its' use)

If the rating were available, I might even give this knife a 4.5.... Honestly, I bought 1 on immediate sale and 1 of exact same on a live auction bid at nearly the same time. One small disappointment when I bought them, the o...nline sales page listed them as "5.5" blade.... What arrived were both (each identical knives w/wood handles) were actually 6.5" blades... The overall quality of the knives and metal blades is good to very good, not German or American-name brand quality per se, but quite good for its' price range. The issue on the mistaken length is that in my home state, only 5.5" locking knives are legal on the street, so I was officially told I'd either have to dispatch them or only use them in a "novelty presentation" at a private and NON-transferrable/Non-mobile location. Yes, for the price, the quality is pretty good and the knives come ssharp; if you wanted a gag cake and pie cutter, thus assuming neither children (minors), nor unstable/impulsive people were close by, this'd be pretty cool stuff. With the purchases of 3 previous, also more "conventional length and purpose" lockback knives, aside from a collection containing mostly metal or plastic-handle sport knives, I've come to the solid conclusion for fit, finish, and practical usage- all lockback knives are most pleasing with properly-made, display grade wooden handles-- For the wooden handles alone, I love these things... However in fashion, once they arrive and you see how long they actually are, I do think that maybe they appear just a bit menacing (Be wary of your local laws and for whom these may fall into the hands of, they are NOT good everyday practical-use knives in most applications I can think of).- Again, for kitchen purposes, they'd be great for basic cutting or vegetable chopping, but the blade diameter and width is not suitable for something heavy like "routine Ham or turkey carving".-- A little curious and decent make, but NO, these are not playtoys and should NOT be in the hands of everyone out there in USAville. Buy with caution and an informed-intention here.Read full review

NEW! Men's Work Hunting Boot Outdoor Red & Gray Socks Shoe Size 6-12 | 2 Pairs

NEW! Men's Work Hunting Boot Outdoor Red & Gray Socks Shoe Size 6-12 | 2 Pairs

Great socks for a very good price! I'd buy 'em again....

Hmmmm.... Christmas gifts of recent have landed me with so much extra undergarments that it's hard to remember the last time I actually bought socks.-- I've recently bought 2 different kinds specifically for winter wear and ...some of these for wearing with boots/ tall leggings. These are great as they come up to just below my knees, but I wear men's 9 and am a relatively short fella at 5'4". Take that into consideration.... I love that these have a warm and soft-fuzzy feeling when just sitting around in the house, or even with my house-shoes on over the socks. The color(s) appear nice and they generally seem well-manufactured, and I think I could expect these to last a bare minimum of 3 years with moderate usage and hard walking in them.- They have a good thickness to them, not "super thick", but "quite thick" I'd say. Their elasticity is good, not too tight on the calves, but tight enough that you'd have to make an effort to stick your finger down inside them- such as to pull/roll them off again.- Well and form-fitting in other words. My only specific regret/complaint is that when I fully separated these 2 pairs of "sale socks" I received, one sock in 1 pair had a finger-diameter size hole right through the side of the elastic upper. It's almost as if the binding ties (plastic strings), or maybe a machine, or perhaps even a moth ate through the side of one of these socks. It was a great disappointment and lessens the durability/integrity of this sock after many washings, unless I stitch it back together. But for the price invested and the time/trouble having received this from online purchase 4 states away, I think I'll just keep them and enjoy them as is- buying more if needed.... Otherwise, no regrets in buying this wool-enhanced pair of tall socks and many winters will be warmer with them in my boots (or occasional lazy indoor house-shoe wearing). If you're looking for a good value, and worry about the foreign import manufacturing quality you might get at one of your local retail stores, then jump on this and take advantage of a purchase on these (my 2 pair were less than $12 with shipping); they were a very good deal as is, but to be fair, I also wouldn't pay $20 for socks in this quality grade (esp. 1 of these with a 2/5" hold through its' top). Happy socking! (NO, not your neighbor or kids please)..Read full review

Cafe Bustelo Ground Coffee, 10 oz Vacuum Packed Brick Free + Fast Shipping

A coffee worth buying if trying new stuff or trying for good deals- Maybe not for "coffee snobs"... Some say it's "good" if you're a local

Not a whole lot to say.... Strangely enough, this was a gift for a small community group of which I was a brief part of in 2015, and I never actually got to try it. A fellow in our group who was from the Dominican told me thi...s was one of the best known and biggest brands in the land of his ancestors, and he was anxious to sit down and try it out- AGAIN - with our group on the weekly luncheons we had in our meeting center. He recommended this coffee (brand) as a dark, robust coffee which had rich flavor and "would leave you satisfied after you finished drinking it". Again, unfortunately, some things happened right in the week I was bringing this to the center which caused me not to be able to come back and consume it with them in the next 2 luncheons of which this was "gobbled up". Lol.-- I would say on the unfortunate side, to be honest, It smelled just a bit dated or perhaps-stale from the packaging- To be fair, it could have been just tightly enough sealed that the aroma was very faint coming out, and not that it was "dated coffee" from a shipping warehouse. On the other hand, for being a Dominican coffee import, this was some of the most affordable coffee I could find for sale online. I was pleased, and it got good reviews, I just never actually got to try this particular purchase- Others consumed it for me (sigh).- Buy at your own discretion. -- Enjoy the conversation starter with a good dessert and good company....Read full review

SONY 2-Pack C90 HF Blank Audio Cassette Tapes TYPE I Normal Bias 90 Mins NEW NIP

SONY 2-Pack C90 HF Blank Audio Cassette Tapes TYPE I Normal Bias 90 Mins NEW NIP

I've Never Bought a bad Sony product in the past 35 years; TAPES included.

I don't want the title to fool you: 1. I'm an above-average obsessive shopper and wouldn't buy hardly any brand, including Sony, w/o first knowing what I'm probably getting into- user reviews, other owners, borrowing others' ...gear, Etc. 2. Sony isn't my favorite electronics brand in most things, including even recording cassettes, but I've also never owned or used a Sony I've regretted and consider it a high quality and quite reliable brand name- especially to including all of their cassettes. More so, in the top 4 blank cassette models I've ever used was back in 1985 with a 60 min. total Sony high grade tape/ Great stuff even from a moderate quality other-brand name recording unit onto the Sonys.... With these, there is probably only one brand name who I might consider to make any higher quality recording blank cassette. If I want the best overall value and get better "bang for buck" out of my money spent, then these Sony's fit the bill very well! Very clear recordings with little to no tape hiss (using an Onkyo brand direct drive recorder ++ American Monster Cable interconnects ++ American grade/reliable AC power from the wall)- So between 2 high grade Japanese producers in the tapes and recorder, and an American power supply with high grade American recording cables.... "Babies", I'm gettin' the GOOD STUFF to record on the "old s school" method. BTW, we are transferring recording lecture and educational materials from a SONY digital recorder through this sound system to Sony blank tapes to the benefits of visually impaired Senior citizens who only have the "old style" cassette players in their homes for playback of these tutoring materials (originally recorded digitally for other users, also by Sony)... So, in the context of the methodology and application behind these high grade, "almost perfect" blank Sony cassettes, How's that for a big Sony plug?! (unbeknownst to their company, their products are good enough to help near-blind senior citizens in other parts of the USA) with quality audio recordings.... yet still assisted on 50 yr. old technologies! Good job Sony! Yes, though not the very tapes I might use to transfer audio on a commercial grade, studio-recorded multi-Platinum album via major musical group; Yeah, I'd say these are one of the best bangs for buck you're gonna find with a very good value!Read full review

Dorco Pace 7 - Seven Blade Razor Shaver System Refill Cartridges

Dorco Pace 7 - Seven Blade Razor Shaver System Refill Cartridges

Best Vs. other brands; Cheaper Dorco potential better value

No real complaints here- I was surprised it actually did shave alittle smoother than any Pace 6 I can remember (been using 6 about 3 years). Like another said, kinda miss the trimmer blade- 7 blades even wider than Pace 6 hea...d, so option to trim with single edge on top becomes necessary (I always keep another double blade ready for trim around nose, lips and jaws during shower time). I would buy them again, but again as another noted, all Dorco prices are going up and maybe Pace 6 or even a Pace 4 were better value if can find the latter much less expensive than these 7's. Strangely in 30+ years of shaving, I can't find any razor that gives completely smooth- no stubble shave on first stroke. With some special shave cream/soap pkg., I can almost get good, no repeat strokes in just 2 swipes- but that's with maximum shave prep and brand new blades. I want to try the Pace 4 to compare for price value w/shave, but I'm glad to have the 7's and will probably go back to 6's if I can save couple $$ or more on a package for same amount cartridges. I've used Gil Mach III and many others, at this price point, I'm staying with Dorco products- no regrets and electric razors either putter out or blades get dull before the electric realizes its true value. FYI: for disposables and travel or gifts, I've found the Dorco Pace 3 disposables to be best value and of sharpest shave blades you can buy. Go Dorco!Read full review
