Kenwood GE-1100

Reason for the five stars is that the equalization is actually very good overall. It can hold it's own with the rest of the big boys out there and complements the rest of my Kenwood non-rack audio components nicely instead of using another brand that looks out of place. Reverb function is cool but who uses that anymore unless you're creating some dated "techno" mixes. Spectrum analyzer provides a nice visual effect. And finally it is still very affordable on Ebay in comparison to other full size EQ's like ADC, Pioneer and Sansui of the '70's and 80's which are getting out of reach price-wise. Get one while they're still overlooked and affordable.

Casio EF539D-2A

Surprising value for the money. You can feel it's well built and carries a more than reasonable price tag. Looks better in person than as presented on the site. Just read the rest of the reviews.

KENWOOD KEC-600 6 Channel Crossover

Hands down one of the best analog crossovers ever produced if not the best, by any manufacturer, considering it was built during the early '90's. Sound stage results will most definitely depend on the quality of the rest of your equipment/components and speakers to get the most out of this crossover but if you have the necessary car amplifiers available in your car to put to use all of it's six, independent, variable pre-outs, you'll be rewarded with perfect cuts/boosts and fantastic bass control with variable parametric EQ, enough to turn off a street light. Remember those crazy competition days? Prices will vary depending on the actual condition but mostly rests (as everything else) on the sound judgement on pricing of who you buy from.
