The seller gogo_gadgets advertised this item as new with a 90 day warranty from Apple. When I contacted Apple to try to register the device, I found out the warranty expired long ago. iTunes would not recognize this nano when... connected to the PC. I returned it and bought a new one from WalMart and it works great, iTunes recognizes it and will sync music, etc. to it. If you want a nano, I suggest paying the extra from a retail source.Read full review
