I had it installed last week and the fob or the keypad doesn't lock or unlock the handle. I did notice that a wire was not connected to the plug. I thought that it might be an antenna. Just got back from a business tr...ip, so this is the first chance I've had to contact anyone.
With the wire being so small I can't figure out where it goes. I would like to get this lock fixed or replaced.
