Not gentle at all. This product which is supposed to remove eye makeup, is so painful on the eyes. It's like putting straight alcohol on them, which actually is an ingredient. You'd think since if it says gentle it would actu...ally be that. I don't normally even use "gentle" with other brands of remover, and they feel fine. But this is like astringent. I was really excited about this and it looked great with my clothes. I wear a lot of earth tone natural colors, but unfortunately the band color started fading away fast. I have several bands and don't wear the same one often.... I rotate them around, I don't get it wet, I take good care of my bands. And yet it still wore off because it's cheaply made.
