    This seller is amazing! This price/deal was so great I expected it to be a scam. But no, I received a brand new item still in the plastic. There were no issues or defects to the packaging, it was as if I walked into the store and bought it. The best part, the price, was the LOWEST ONLINE including the item being sold used.     The seller made a mistake and sent me the wrong item I sent them a message as soon as I realized they responded immediately back with an apology and asked what they could do to make good on it. They sent me a new radio the right one that I ordered to begin with and they sent that out the next day and it and it arrived here. I got the wrong one on Friday and today is Wednesday and I received the correct one so they responded immediately and took care of the mistake I am extremely satisfied
