    Good quality machine, but it came missing a bolt for one of the rollers. I asked seller to send the missing bolt, but I was offered only increasingly generous cash discounts that started at $5 and eventually reached 50% of the purchase price. I stayed firm on my request for the missing part (because who has time to go searching for a matching bolt?). Eventually seller allowed me to return the machine, and was very kind and gracious about it. I recommend this seller.

    Never received the item I ordered. they sent what seemed like random items found laying around in a warehouse. (corded drill, extension cord and tracking numbers on delivery matched the tracking they provided) After several messages back and forth, they offered to refund 30% of the purchase price. EBAY policy says 100% refund i they ship the wrong item. I ultimately had to dispute through my CC to get it resolved. Can not recommend.
