  CAVEAT EMPTOR To start, I *did* finally receive my refund for this item BUT ... 'twas a challenge! Both items rcvd late in broken condition. I reported, sent photos & requested full refund. They gave me the runaround: first offered a 5% refund (!!!!!), then 15%, then 30% to "save the trouble of returning items." I continued to tell them it was unacceptable. They finally sent return label saying would refund 1 item. Again, unacceptable! When rcvd, they at last refunded full amt for both.
