  Product arrived with all the pieces intact, shipping of the product was reasonably fast. Communication and response time of the seller is fantastic. The product is a Ninjago City clone, as mentioned in the fine print product description. The bags and pieces were rather dusty though. Also, some of the numbering on the bags couldnt be made out, so I had to do some guesswork for them.
