    I could not receive the car stereo upgrade, which I believe the seller shipped after payment. Apparently, the logistics were messed up one way or the other so I was unable to get my package. After a series of back-and-forth with the seller, the seller decided to bear the full loss and refund me for the purchase, which I am grateful for. The seller is honest and he responds to messages and issues whenever they arise. I am not happy about the experience but I am glad the seller refunded me.
