I ordered 12 bristle nose at 1 inch each. Sadly 2 of the 12 did not arrive alive. They were well packaged so I'd assume it was due to mishandling of the shipping company. I contacted seller with a picture and they replied in minutes apologizing and sent a refund for the cost of the 2. I highly recommend this seller. Not only because the quality of fish but also the customer relations was smooth and stress free.

The little guy came in healthy and active despite colder weather. There was steady communication between me and the seller. It's quite obvious they take pride and care in what they do! Packaging was perfect and it even came a day early! Definitely worth buying from for the husbandry alone, but the prices don't hurt. (Not sure what it is in other areas but compared to mine it's quite affordable.)

GREAT communication. This breeder knows how to properly package and ship live fish. There was a delay with delivery NO fault of the seller 100% on the carrier. We both communicated through it and as soon as fish arrived I did the inspection and acclimation process both fish were lively healthy and beautiful. One of the friendliest Ebay shops I've encountered. Best shop for the hobbyist and the fish! I was out of town to recieve my Pleco in the mail but they were packaged so well it turned out totally fine! (Although I dont recommend counting on shipping). The shop contacted me and they took the time to respond to my replies! The pleco is FRIENDLY, so sweet, clearly not stressed, so healthy and so grogeous! Nothing like you'll see in most pet stores and worth everything!

Great buying experience! I purchased on a Wednesday and the plecos shipped the following Monday as seller's description states. I had immediate communication from the seller and tracking information. Package arrived on Wednesday as expected with great packaging, box in great shape (shout out to FedEx), styrofoam box within the shipping box, heat packs and all plecos were double bagged, 3 plecos per bag, all alive upon arrival. Highly recommend!
