  I had paid for this Grande Lash serum for this gold tube but was sent something in a pink box an half the size of this tube. This item was never opened thinking it was something else. I contacted the seller an sent picture of item that was sent. She apologized an said to check with mailman or look in the grass to see if it was dropped. I was not satisfied with her answer. I had ordered this before thru eBay and was sent correct item. What should I do? I hope you can resolve this. Thank you

  Please read every note . See if it's from eBay or the seller.. these guys have been on point the whole time.. something is going on beyond the sellers control .. on side of caution they issued a refund I never asked for ..
