  Item was exactly as described and pictured. It was packed very securely with a large amount of padding. There is a form that must be filled out for ITAR items which causes a slight delay with shipping, but it's a legal requirement and I'm only mentioning it for informational purposes so others are aware. I'm still very happy with the shipping and how the transaction went. The seller has a few other items that I have been interested in, so it's highly likely I'll buy from them again. Recommended!
