    These people are scammers, don't buy anything from them, they sent me an item that doesn't work and I have provided evidence that it's not working, I've offered to send it back to them at their own expense, they ignored this fact and they don't want to refund. Do not buy anything from them. I have attached a photo to show that the item isn't even charging or lighting up.

    Did you provide the appropriate proof as requested? Our communication process also explained that we will arrange to resend or refund if you send the relevant proof as requested. And this model is without charging indicator, the photo you took can't show that the product doesn't work!
