  Brought as replacement as existing delonghi toaster broke after several years. Deal with kettle economically viable so althoigh kettle working fine, was a great bargain. Item arrived 2 days ahead of estimated time - excellent! Well packaged, in original boxes brand new as described. Dont usually leave reviews as any problems later comeback on you but have to rate this seller and am assured if any problems in future they will be resolved. Very impressed and totally recommend

  Product is good, time for delivery was fine. Only problem, which isnt *really* in the sellers power, was with the delivery using Evri. I stay in a flat and they really don't like walking up all those stairs. Twice I received a msg saying delivery was attempted, while I was in the house. I contacted Evri, with no response. Unfortunately, even tho the seller is good, I won't be buying from them again because of this. The seller should be very annoyed with Evri as theyre making the seller look bad.

  Excellent seller. Original item was dispatched quickly, but we were let down by the courier (Yodel) who seem to have lost it. After raising an Ebay 'Item not received' claim with details, the seller apologised and said they would dispatch a replacement the next day, using an alternative courier (Evri). The item arrived in the stated timeframe and is as described. I'm happy with the product and the customer service. Thanks.
