  Had issues with seller’s communications. Said it had been mailed, should have been here by Christmas, it wasn’t. Seller provided a FedEx tracking number, however, it wasn’t my package. Seller said I would definitely receive it that day, but when asked for a tracking number, he wouldn’t provide one. I finally did receive item, in an Amazon package!!! Looking at Amazon, it was cheaper through Amazon, we should have saved the money and ordered via Amazon. Lesson learned.

  Our orders are including shipping cost, when you order via Amazon there is shipping cost are being added to your order. In regards of Amazon Package - we will make sure that our shipping team taking a really good care of the type of packaging/boxes that they are re-using for shipping and not to include any other companies.

  I had a problem with shipping. It had nothing to do with the Seller. They were so kind and completely understood my frustration. I was very angry with FedX delivering my purchases to the wrong address several times. The seller took care of everything immediately and sent my purchase out again and it arrived the next day. I would not hesitate to order from them again. They went above and beyond to help and make things right for their customer!

  I love good molecules. And this product did not disappoint. It was in perfect brand new condition. It's a great price, especially for such clean ingredients. And when it arrived it appeared well packaged.  However, it did come in an Amazon Prime package. And while the free fast shipping was convenient, I was a bit confused. So it appears it's a back door seller for Amazon Prime ... which I don't particularly like, because I'm shopping on eBay and other websites to avoid Amazon.
