  The gimbal came brand new and in perfect condition. It is a very nice looking, high-quality product, very sturdy, and well built. I really appreciated that Zhiyun included a Smooth X phone gimbal as a free gift. The only minor downside to this purchasing experience was that the package arrived 3 days late. Not a big deal though. Customer service was very responsive to all my messages.
