  Never received itemed. Was shipped to another address after I had clearly ordered in my mines. Shipment was confused with another buyer for a another product is my assumption. But that assumption is thrown out the window when i see the address on the box was entirely incorrect. Requesting/requested a refund since no replacement were available. The only opportunity I had to get a 3070 at this price point and blown away by the merchant. Will be contacting my bank.

  The gpu works excellent, came properly packaged in great condition, it had no physical flaws that I could immediately notice and matched the appearance in the picture. This was a great purchase for the price. They shipped the package relatively fast and came in its expected time.

  Took the seller over a week to ship the item as the original item "was not up to standards and had a crack in the screen". While i appreciate the seller making sure the item was in good shape they didnt communicate this until i asked why it hadnt shipped 4 days later. Not checking the item prior to posting the item is unacceptable. The item was well packaged, as described and the best price around for the specs. In the end the item is exactly what i ordered, just took longer than anticipated.

  This "open box" laptop came looking brand new, except for some tape on the box itself. Arrived quickly and packaged well. A Different Store will ask for a photo of a piece of mail to verify your address. Respond to this ASAP. They don't wait even 24 hours. But that was sorted out pretty quickly and the transaction went smoothly once they got the pic. I'm very happy with this purchase.
