  There was no problem with the seller or the transaction itself. The issue was with the shipping. Since the item is so small, possibly a 5x7 padded envelope would help vs. a smaller package, just a thought. Since I didn t receive it, I don t feel that giving Shipping Time five stars is justifiable.

  The loss during transit wasn't intentional; the small size of the package likely contributed to the lost by USPS. We issued a prompt refund understanding the impact immediately after request. Hope you can understand and revise this feedback.
