The item had a bit of delay coming to my house but the customer service team were very nice and even offered to replace it for a new one! However, the product arrived a few days after and despite having a few marks (probably caused in transit) it is in very good condition! Amazing Bengali translations and easy to read Arabic. All is well and I will definitely have a look at the store again! :)
