    Order shipped even earlier than expected. Though it is slightly delayed by fedex, it is still delivered within 5 business days, which is the typical time for coast to coast delivery. There is absolutely nothing we can do about it.

    Received item, seller was correct that package shipment time was just a big longer than EBay est. Item came 1 day post feedback. No longer negative feedback, item arrived in good condition and overall pleased.

    Laptop had issues that were not as described such as a damaged fingerprint reader yet buyer insisted that it was as described. Also had a lock on the Windows Defender. Opened a case and buyer then refused to communicate with me or pay for a shipping label. Ultimately I had to send it with my own label that I paid for. Very poor customer service and communication.

    Everything the buyer said is a lie. No, on eBay it is REQUIRED to provide a return shipping label if the item is defective. The laptop was factory reset and we have no idea what a lock on windows defender means, unless your Microsoft account was disabled. The finger print was tested before sending to the buyer and after it was returned to us, working perfectly every time. The buyer must be a competitor deliberately purchased and returned the item just to leave us a disgusting lying feedback.
