  Item got lost in the local post office at my end. I logged an item not delivered because it was several days beyond the arrival deadline. Luckily a worker there inadvertently found it and it got delivered. Good communications from seller who even offered to send another one free of charge.   Delivery guy threw the package from the street at the door. Neighbor and I seen it happen. Wouldn’t respond back after informing them. Part looked like it was an original part, good quality. Ended up broken after it was thrown by delivery guy. Did not use post office,ups or fedex. Seller didn’t care. Will not buy from again.
