  I've no problem with the seller, the quality of the product or the price. However the delivery company they used let things down. Having waited in during the specified delivery time, the delivery driver left the package out side a neighbours house and I had to go looking for it after receiving a notification that it had been delivered. Thankfully it was still there proped beside a bin when I eventually found it!

  Responsible Seller- quick to respond. Offered alternatives when there was a problem with delivery. Requested to cancel order, because the item was too big for our particular courier(he refused to carry it! His prerogative!) Refunded full amount, without any hesitation. Only real problem was that I was expecting this item to be delivered over a week ago now, and would have been able to complete the work, they were bought for- by now! Overall excellent seller- thank you.
