  The camera arrived with a faulty viewfinder lcd and a dead battery. The issue was resolved with a partial refund for repair costs and for a new battery. Would be nice to avoid the frustration altogether, but it happens. The seller took good care with packaging and the shipping was immediate. It wasn't as described (due to the problems mentioned) , but with the partial refund, the final price was a of good value. Seller was positive towards a solution that works for both parties.

  Item was received in near mint condition, as accurately described by the seller. It arrived well packaged. Unfortunately, I was not able to use the lens due to its weight. I contacted the seller who generated return FedEx paperwork. When the lens was delivered back to the seller, a prompt full purchase cost refund was issued to me. Would not hesitate to buy again from this seller.

  It's an excellent lens described as "mint" and appears almost new—excellent packaging in its original Fujifilm box and inside a suitable larger box with generous protective padding. Promptly sent via DHL freight, so it arrived quickly and with the outer box in good condition. This is a great value purchase from this experienced seller and I am 100% happy.

  Let's get through the checkmarks. The seller had very good communication and the item shipped pretty early even though I am across the world from the seller, the item came as described, however I see no issues at all and it's actually as if it came out of the box. Performance wise this thing has been a beauty and is by far my favorite lens as wished for. Would absolutely recommend this seller and do pay attention to the condition of the lens.

  As described, the item condition was correct. Menu setup had been set back to the company basic set, as in a new camera. Package was careful and through. Trough the postage was no damage on camera. A good value part is this. The seller is reliable and recommended.
