  Their shipping was right on time to the day they stated, and although they shipped me a product that was not of perfect quality(it got broken somehow, whether in packaging or shipping), their communication in the matter is great and they are compensating me for my loss. That's simply good business as a seller.. It showed up at my door broken but yet usable, and they are discounting the price to compensate..
