  Item arrived damaged, emailed owner with description and photo of the cracked frame offered to give refund which I accepted but when emailed back to ask when this will be done they then wanted photo etc to show if it manufacture problem etc. But I already sent photo of this before hand of proof and soon as I mentioned I already done this they then did a refund but was trying not to give refund back.
