  Dear eBay Team, I purchased a second-hand phone that arrived with a broken camera, a fast-draining battery, and other issues. The seller first offered $15, then $25 after much negotiation, but refused to provide a full refund. The repair cost for the camera is $129, and the battery replacement is over $100, exceeding the value of the phone. After a month, the seller still refuses to refund my money, and this has affected my work.
