  Item is not working. LTE verizon phone signal not improved. The product is defective. Also, vendor indicating the product is not returnable. So, this means I've lost what I've paid which is around $240.I also noticed the packaging on the item have been opened previously. So, It doesn't look like a new item. Please Help, Somebody!

  Buyer harass by using feedback to force a return. Did not allow any response time. ITEM WORKING IN PICTURES POWERED AND OPENED DISPLAYED! terrible! ebay please remove.
