    The battery is genuine Dell as described but, the health was not that of a new battery (probably from long storage). I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a new replacement with a return mailing label. The replacement battery is now installed and working perfectly. Communication and customer service was exceptional and the product and price was great. Great seller.

    This seller had this item listed in two conditions, and I bought the worse of the two to save money. They apparently ran out of those, but sent me one in mint condition anyway! They could have canceled the order and just refunded me stating it was out of stock, but didn't. Thank you, genuinely!

    Battery was as described. Dell Precision identifies the battery as Dell brand and "Excellent" condition so the laptop is happy again. UPS screwed up on the delivery, but seller responded to my ask regarding status in a timely fashion. Will use this seller in the future.

    Prompt shipping and item was as described. No connector wire provided to actually be able to connect battery upon arrival but listing technically doesn't show one in pics (hence positive and not negative feedback). Just something I thought could've been specified in listing details so buyers can be aware. Battery buyers be advised.
