  Yes I would buy from them again due to Excellent Customer Support. Pro's Printer in factory box with all included items. EXCELLENT customer support from seller trying to work through filament feed issues. Working with seller, could not fix issue. Refund was received after I shipped it back Con's printer was in good shape, but has filament feed problems, probably why it was returned You always take a chance when buying a returned item, but willing to do it for a good price.

  Excellent seller. The printer I ordered ended up being out of stock, but the seller was quick to reach out and offer me a replacement of greater value. Item arrived as described. I knew I was taking a risk buying an un-repaired printer, and it took some work and troubleshooting to figure it out, but two days later and about $15 in parts I am up and printing. Seller was excellent and communicating and giving me options. Will definitely buy from them again.

  i bought this- unfortunately i had an issue after a short time and the printer does not work- The customer service offered from this seller was great- they shipped out the part i need already. I recommend this seller - their prices are more than fair and even though i had an issue- they helped me out to fix it. the issue itself is nothing they would have known was going to happen as the printer worked fine for a couple prints before it stopped working

  Contacted the seller. Advised him that the unit did not work when I received it. Although it was packed very well and had all of the pieces except for a few screws, it did not work as a used 3-D printer should. It necessitated me buying replacement factory parts and installing them correctly. all of this information has been forwarded to the seller who has since not gotten in touch with me. This is not a very good seller.
