  I like shipping this seller and yet I think more help is needed in the packing area. The great value of the silver pieces were wrapped in bubble wrap and the items were not secured with tape. They were floating around in the box packed with another item purchased. The other item was too large for the box and made a hole in the box.

  I've had trouble with other GoodWill pages, but Younstown went perfectly. The package came days early. I haven't tested the system, but all items look to be in great condition as described. Everything is packaged snugly with additional bubble wrap. The all in price on all items included was a little bellow market value which is a plus. I was very happy with this seller profile.

  Overall good experience with this seller, but had to return the item purchased and understood I was to pay the return shipping. However, my refund not only deducted the return shipping cost but also the original shipping cost to send the item to me. Tried to resolve this with the seller but they don’t seem to be able to know how to make the refund for the original shipping charge. Just letting other buyers know to expect this.
