    Seller themselves was great and the guitar still works, sadly it was slightly damaged in shipping from usps even with their careful packaging and took a while to get here also. The guitar is a good value but the damage from shipping does upset me.

    Paid for it on 4/16 kept looking for tracking information. Finally contacted seller after 10 days to ask if it had been shipped yet? Got the response (see pic) that I needed to ask for refund, as they were too busy from work & kids to find a big box, wrap all the glassware w/ bubblwrap and ship it? I've shopped ebay for years this response from a seller, was shocking. Not a good situation. Reached out to EBAY they contacted seller & sadly instead of the glassware I will be getting refunded $

    Talk about disappointment. Ordered baseball cleats for my son weeks ago. Tried to contact seller when no tracking # sent or received by the date. Filed claim and then they said they were shipping next day. Still have not received and reached out several times. I now cannot find the cleats elsewhere as baseball season has started and other similar items have been sold. I could care less when things don’t go right for me but seeing the disappointment from my son is unacceptable.
