The hat came smashed during shipment , so I can’t say it the seller fault but it is the seller fault if they don’t pack the hat in a proper box not only that I picked out the black color hat but they sent me a blue one ask if I can return for the correct color they accepted my return but the return shipping address the seller wanted me to return was from. China which cost just as much as the item I paid for

What you see is what you get. The hat is shipped in a plastic bag and has an inflatable bubble to protect the crown. Shipping was fast and was delivered on Sunday. The brim was slightly bent but nothing major. The only disappointment, the 7.5 hat fits a little snug in comparison to authentic NE hats. Definitely order a size up. 5 stars

I ordered a first hat, and received the wrong hat. I assumed it was user error, and ordered a second hat, and made sure that I ordered the option that I wanted. The second hat showed up exactly like the first, and not at all what I wanted. I’m hoping the seller will make this right.

Item came as described, hopefully it's authentic. It looks good, and fits properly on my Head (7 1/4). As for the shipping partner, SpeedX is the shipping/delivery Courier, which according to online reviews has some very negative experiences with them (as I am currently). Outside of that everything went ok.
