Seller responded on 6/25 citing a death in the family as the cause of the delay and promised an update on 6/26. Didn’t hear anything and asked for an update on 7/1 and seller never responded. Had to have eBay step in to get a refund. Nobody is too busy to send a simple message for almost three weeks.
