  I can’t say. a thing about the item I purchased as it never arrived. I don’t believe this was due to anything the seller did. I tried to buy it from another seller with the exact same result. Tracking showed up all the way through to delivery, but no box. Neat trick! When I contacted them with questions they told me about “technical difficulties” (same as the other time) then immediately refunded me. I recommend this seller for promptly dealing with this and their communication. Thank you!

  BUYER BEWARE!! If ebay had allowed me, this would be negative feedback!! This seller claims to be in Illinois, but isn't even located in the USA. He ships from saudia Arabia, and lives in Japan???? He accepts your money, uses it, then a weeks or so later he wants to cancel the sale, saying that something went wrong with the shipping.

  I had no problems with seller. He tried but my computer would not print anything from email. My feedback was simply because I could not print the return label and therefore my problem was not resolved. I told him I had contacted Microsoft about this problem and asked if there was another way to return the item.
