    The fact that i told the seller i needed it before Dec 17 for a friend's birthday and they said it would take some time, ( the delivery date was Dec. 31st ) I JUST RECEIVED IT TODAY!!! DEC 18TH!!! I expressed to the seller how urgent it was and they DE LI VERED !!! ABSOLUTELY great customer service! 5stars . As far as the item itself, was well packaged, no damaged anywhere, and the motorcycle looks just as promoted. Thank you so much!! **highly recommended **

    The scale model motorcycle arrived damaged due to improper packaging. The clear plastic mold that typically secures the bike was missing, and while an attempt was made to fasten it inside the box, it was not effective. As a result, the mirrors and handlebars broke during transit. When I reached out, the seller offered a partial refund instead of taking responsibility. They blamed the damage on "violent" shipping, but the real issue was that the item was not truly new as advertised.
