    Positive seller .... USPS shipper ... not so much... 19 calendar days to get here most of them sitting in USPS distribution in Cincinnati, OH. Left Cincinnati once after a number of days, returned there for another number of days. Then finally shipped to South Dakota, then Nebraska, then finally North to Minnesota. then here. Of course the "H" marking on package of "Hasardous" must alarm Cincinnati a great deal .... but no one else.

    The laptop is exactly what was described and came brand new. However, the United States Post Office completely mishandled the shipment and took almost 4 weeks to receive. It was not the sellers issue, but USPS.

    The first PC sent would not display anything. I contacted the seller and they have been very responsive to resolving the issue. I had to send a video of the issue, and after they was able to see the issue. They sent a shipping label to return the defective unit, with the commitment to replace so as they received. This they have done and I have had good luck with the second unit and it appears to function nicely.

    Skeptical at first took a long time to receive in the mail due to weather conditions and arrived with a crushed box and the laptop partially hanging out of the box. Packaging wasn’t so great, but it did make it unscathed unharmed powered it up ran a bunch of updates. The display is very nice. However, my keyboard sinks in slightly almost like it’s bowed. Kind of sucks. Nice laptop for the $
