    We were leery of this product due to low price and lack of identifying info that would confirm manufacturer and location. We learned of too many instances of adulterated product. We cancelled within a few hours. Seller said it had shipped via UPS. Tracking indicated it was shipped, but UPS did not have it in their system until 6 days later. Also the seller ratings seemed too similar. The seller accepted our return and we were satisfied. Better safe than sorry with a brand new HVAC system.
