  While the communication and resolution were very good, the item arrived with both the bag and item box opened. Minor parts were missing, and the item was different than pictured in the description. HOWEVER, it is unclear whether this was due to seller error or to the package being opened during shipping and an alternate item being substituted by whoever opened the package. SELLER RESOLUTION WAS EXCELLENT AND APPROPRIATE FOR WHAT HAPPENED.
