    The package was shipped quickly, but went through a bit of a shipping "odyssey" and unfortunately one of the controllers was damaged, due in part to slightly subpar packaging. The seller was prompt in the communication and agreed to a partial refund. Hopefully a lesson learned. I would definitely purchase from them again, and recommend them to others

    After sending wrong item and having problems with return, seller came thru and made full refund. For those in similar situations know seller requires photos of packaging and item received before issuing refund, I was allowed to keep wrong item received free Ordered 2 pc. plier set, instead received shoe inserts.

    Seller had to ship the order twice because there was a problem with the shipping address. Seller was so patient and polite all throughout and with whatever we decided to do after all else failed . Seller was so swift with replying every message i sent . We decided that a refund will be better than trying to ship for the third time . Seller refunded and hoped that we would have a successful business one day . If i have to buy another time , i would use this seller .

    Fast shipping ! Item and its packaging were received intact and damage free. Item was EXACTLY as ordered and described - NEW. I love that these were shrink wrapped/vacuum sealed in order to be shipped safely and economically with little waste. I am pleased with this product, its quality and its pricing.
