  The product itself seems to be decent, hopefully sturdy enough to bear the bending and reshaping necessary due to the seller's inept packing, basically a plastic bag. Your feedback would be better if you increased the shipping price and packing quality. That being said, the shipping time was good, and the item was as described, though bent in half, either for shipping, or during shipping.

Seller claims there was a miscalculation of the cost and shipment of the product. Regardless of the reasons, merchants should honor their words or their reputation will be tarnished.
