    Good communications and good shipping times, good to deal with but the pocket watch had a bad balance staff. to get it replace and oiled and cleaned will cost around a 100.00 dollars. Was told it ran it doesnt. It was packed good. ToThey were good enough to take it back but it would have cost around 30.00 dollars to ship it back and the shipping i paid to get it. To send it back i would have had to put insurance on it. Im sorry it came out this way.
